Dear Guests,
To ensure safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines. We assume that the guests are familiar with and fully understand the hotel rules at the beginning of their stay in our hotel.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Room check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time 11am. Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Payment can only be made by credit card or bank transfer under the same name the booking is made for the duration of the stay upon arrival.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check- in, documents provided can either be a driver’s license or international passport and rooms can only be used by guests who are duly checked in.
- Children up to 5 years of age can stay for free. Additional charges may apply for children between 5 and 12 years of age. Guests older 13 years of age will be charged as per adult rate.
- Cancellation(s) and/ or no-show(s) are non-refundable after payment has been made, an amendment must be made 48 hours before date of preference or original checking date but is subject to availability.
- A payment guarantee is required in the event of an extended stay and is to be paid on a weekly basis.
